We served this potato salad at yesterday’s bbq and had a lot of requests to post the recipe here on the blog. It is a European style family recipe which I am happy to share. I don’t really have measurements…its all to taste.
Slovenian Potato Salad
Yukon Gold potatoes (cook, peel and slice)
Add: Salt and pepper, chopped red onion, chopped dill pickles, canola oil, a generous splash of pickle juice and I use two vinegars white balsamic and apple cider vinegar.
toss and enjoy.
