Banjara is a tribe in India where the most beautiful embroideries are created using colorful threads, (some metallic threads) and mirror work. Vintage Banjara embroideries are repurposed into one of a kind bags. Sheep leather and suede is incorporated adding style and substance to each unique piece. The tote bags feature leather rolled handles and clasp. Measuring 20x12x8 makes it a nice size to carry your medium sized projects. The notion bags come in 2 styles…the smaller version features a leather back and the larger size has a nice suede band across the top both in front and back. These are perfect for your hooks, scissors and all your notions. All bags are fully lined and contain two interior pockets one of which is zippered. These are vintage embroideries therefore no two bags are alike. They are beautifully crafted and sturdy.
