This Irish hook, also known as Hartman, is a 8mm primitive sized hook with slimmer pencil handle and your choice of a short or long shank.  We have also added a 6mm in the short shank option.   The brass harpoon style hook is a personal favorite for wide cut strips.  The beautiful wooden handle is smooth and feels comfortable in the hand.  Hooks like a dream.  Made in Ireland
